Mercredi 16/04

Today we did practiced questions from the feuille de la semaine, IR verbs and asking questions using “qui” to find out who does certain things (qui + verb in il/elle form : Qui habite dans la Maison Blanche?)

A Faire:  Answer the question “C’est combien?” for the images in the picture.  Use either “c’est…” or “il/elle coûte…” and write out the numbers (pg R7 in the book for numbers!)

Devoirs :  packet pg 78, pg 122 #6 (write questions and your answers to the questions! We will be using this in class on Friday!!)

Lundi 14/04

Today we practiced talking what we like to eat when it’s cold/hot and reviewed IR verb conjugation and learned the meanings of some verbs.

Mercredi 09/04

Today we did a group brainstorm about food, learned how to ask someone to “loan me” something, practiced talking about how much things cost, reviewed question words, and learned how to conjugate IR verbs.

A Faire:  pg 68 #1 (write out the numbers and change « francs » to « euros »)

Devoirs :  packet pgs 80-83, pg 121 #1, continue to study verbs including IR verbs!

Lundi 07/04

Today we practiced talking about the times we eat each meal, how to ask/talk about how much things cost, and learned some question words (interrogative expressions)

A Faire:  pg 68 #2 (write response only, do orally in partners)

Devoirs:  feuille de la semaine 28 (lundi)—write complete sentences (use clues in the questions!), “nourriture” packet pg 77 and pg 79, and practice VERBS (être, avoir, ER) for the verb challenge (everyone gets 100 % then we will have a crepe party!)

Vendredi 04/04

Today we learned the vocabulary for the different meals and talked about our preferences.  We also did quiz corrections and another round of the challenge quiz.

Today we practiced more food and especially drink vocabulary, did some mini dialogues practicing ordering food, and did some review of être/avoir/ER verb conjugations.

TEC :  pg 64 #2 & #4 (orally in partners using “et avec ça” “voilà” and “merci)

Devoirs :  read “Note Culturelle” pg 63 and write a 5 sentence summary in English, pg 65 #3, ), and practice VERBS (être, avoir, ER) for the verb challenge (everyone gets 100 % then we will have a crepe party!)

Today we practiced the new food vocabulary, did some oral practice, and did some review of être/avoir.
